Created by Tracey Renee, the name 26th SOUTH came from were I grew up in the projects. 26th South Hills Terrace was the unit we lived in until I was 13 years old. It just made since to name this company 26th South. Even though we were poor I never thought of myself as poor. I attribute that to my mom Patricia Ann, she made us feel loved, safe and protected. My mom made us believe that we had everything when some would think we had nothing, but we had everything!

It means everything to me to name this Jewelry Company 26th South. What I hope it says is you can evolve. I am ever evolving! Creating jewelry comes from a place of peace.

While going through some physical challenges in 2014, I started making jewelry as a hobby, it gave me so much peace and stirred up my creative juices. It was and is the peace that surpasses all understanding that only comes from God. After awhile I decided to share my gift of peace with others and it began to catch on fire. Now it has evolved into a Beautiful company.

My hope is that with every handmade piece that I make I hope you feel that peace that I received some eight years ago. Philippians 4:7
